Zydeco Kitchen & Cocktails

The place was packed. I sat at the bar. The bartenders that served me, Katie and Adriana were fantastic. They knew the menu, because they'd tried all the dishes. The small beet salad was in the top two I've ever had. Then came the crispy chicken entrée, succulent and served with mash potatoes and brocolini. Had a Willamette Valley pilot by the glass and a cup of exceptional coffee with the carrot cake...a little dry but still good.

I had a great experience at Zydeco Kitchen and Cocktails restaurant. My server, Marrah, struck exactly the right balance—she checked in when needed but didn’t overdo it with the usual forced small talk, which I personally appreciate. Even though they were busy, the service was quick and efficient. The food was excellent—the fish was cooked perfectly, and the pistachio Brussels sprouts were a standout. Our dinner was fabulous!! This is the second time we've been here. It never disappoints. Our waiter was top notch! Originally he's from Chicago as I am as well. We had a nice conversation. Dang! I never caught his name. He was fantastic..

Ana was a fabulous server. She knew so much about the menu and was able to guide us through everything from wine, to apps, to main courses to deserts. She knew what paired well with what. The food was incredible. We ordered the jambalaya, the red fish, and the duck. Everything we got was absolutely delicious and worth ordering again. Anytime we are in Bend, we’ll be sure to stop by.

Woah woah woah, every thing was delicious, from the simple bread with sweet butter to the jambalaya that was cooked perfectly. I ordered another dish I can’t quite remember the name of, but it was incredibly fresh and flavorful. Even the dessert was outstanding. Everything was 10 out of 10. I’d definitely come back.
