Zoiglhaus Brewing Company

A small little brewery with a German beer focus. The kolsch is excellent, as good as anything in Germany. The IPA is fine and Weiss is pretty good . The brewery shares the space with multiple little food venues, all are pretty good. The brewery has old school pinball machines and board games as well. Beers are available to go. Indoor and outdoor seating and off street parking. The area/location is a bit sketchy.

The arcade game took quarters to play and took extra quarters to not to play, so it's not a good experience when 2 people go in there and trying to play a game, there's nothing going there. To be honest with you. Yeah, it's just a hangout, it aint nothing beers are all right if you get a good bartender. Who can explain the taste and everything else about the place? Amber and this and that, but okay, it is what it is not going back. So They do have a lot of different food venues. There like food trucks so you can check it out. I didn't, but wasn't hungry at the time, so

Pretty great experience here last weekend. If you like German beer and/or food, this is a great spot for the Portland area. Gathered with friends at the bar and the bartender, Tim, was very knowledgeable. He remembered the entire order including a flight of 6, appetizers and some pints. He also had great recommendations when necessary.

First time coming here the boot was 2Liters way bigger then I thought, it won this time, the fish n chips were really good the cod tasted fresh the fries that came with it were amazing love thin crispy Fries! The fried pickles were decent just don’t like speared fried pickles too much. My girlfriend ordered the chicken salad with the IPA ranch the salad wasn’t bad she just didn’t like the taste of the chicken almost like it had been sitting out for a while.

Love it here! The location has so much space and plenty of seating options. We stopped in here unexpectedly after a night out and we were beyond amazed at the space. The beer is great, the service was amazing and ALL the food options were a plus. We will definitely be back soon.
