Von's 1000Spirits - Kirkland

When it comes to variety that is easily enjoyed by all, Von’s really shines. From their decor to their drink and menu offerings. It’s hard not to find something you’ll be excited to order. On a Wednesday HH my friends and I ordered nearly the whole menu. Everything was delish! Can’t wait to return. An easy place to spend a lot of time at enjoying great service, food and drinks.

Came here on a sunny Sunday evening for dinner and joined the waitlist. We were told about 45 minutes for a party of 2 with dining anywhere. Table was ready probably almost 30 minutes later at the bar. It was a little loud with music and conversation, our server was more soft spoken and was a bit hard to hear. Got the pork confit fries, a papaya mule, mushroom flatbread, and spicy “rigs” to share. Fries were best part of the meal, cheese on top was melty, pork tasted good and fries were crispy. The pasta was a bit too al dente for our taste but sauce was good. Mushroom flatbread was also good, but dough was a bit thick on the edges and toppings were sparse on the ends but tasty. I didn’t give food a high rating (2⭐️) because the sourdough was indistinguishable from regular dough, therefore this price does not make it worth it. At the time I didn’t think anything of it but reviewing my pictures and the ones from their online menu, it’s clear the mushroom flatbread is lacking toppings and the size difference. I’ve had better oven roasted flatbread/pizza and pasta wasn’t mind blowingly good at nearly $30 for one dish. Granted it was busy, but the expectation of a nicer restaurant boasting sourdough with a decades old starter, it should be expected to walk out feeling satisfied and this did not quite meet the mark. Overall, good to try but I don’t think I’ll be returning.

I’d wanted to try this place ever since I first heard it was opening, and I finally went recently with a friend couple. I really liked the interior and the overall atmosphere, and the servers were very friendly. The food quality was also really, really good. The pasta noodles and bread dough itself tasted different in a good way. They also have a drink event every 30 minutes or so where someone spins a prize wheel, which was fun. Overall, it was a really good experience. The only downside is that it’s pretty expensive, so I probably wouldn’t come here regularly. But I’d definitely come back once in a while for a special occasion.

Finally got the chance to try Von’s after hearing about it for so long! It definitely lived up to the hype. Huge shoutout to Jules for taking such great care of us. She was so warm and welcoming, and really made our first visit memorable. Great food, great vibe, and amazing service. We’ll definitely be coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had a great experience at Von’s 1000Spirits in Kirkland. Our server, Jules, was awesome—friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The creamy chicken pasta was absolutely delicious, rich and flavorful with the perfect texture. The Bang Bang Chicken was another highlight, packed with flavor and just the right amount of spice. Great food, great atmosphere, and even better service. Jules helped make the experience memorable, and we’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in the area. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
