Venti's Cafe + Beer Vault

Fantastic! Loved the flavorful vegan and vegetarian choices!! Second time we have been here in two days- had to come back. First day got the vegan nachos and Thai Peanut with garlic tofu bowl- amazing! If I lived here, this would be my go to spot!!

I've been to this Venti's a handful of times over seven plus years, and it continues to be one of downtown Salem's most versatile spaces. My first visit was December 2019 for my wife's Jeopardy! watch party, organized by Leslie Venti herself. Most recently I attended Leslie's talk on the Bhagavad Gita. More philosophical discussions are coming, Stoicism, Existentialism, and beyond. Visiting Salem and found this gem of a restaurant yesterday and came back tonight for more! Love that the vegetarian/vegan is the default, and there is an up charge for meat. This vegan avocado burger was delicious! Highly recommend.

Visiting from Texas and as someone who is allergic to eggs and dairy, I have an extremely hard time finding a place to eat. Venti’s made it so easy to work with my food allergies and they also offer many flavorful items for all sorts of diets/dietary restrictions. They offer vegan, dairy free, gluten free, meat options, etc. The staff are also very warm and welcoming.

Food is amazing! I love the wide variety of vegan and gluten free options.
