Union Tavern

We usually go on Sunday’s to get the pita platter or their wings. Only day they have wings as an option. Great place. Can get busy but we go when it’s not too bad.

Good pub food and beer, friendly and helpful staff. We had a build-your-own hot dog, chili dog, shepherd's pie, and tuna melt. We would order it all again except for the tuna melt.

After hours of shopping at Shipwreck days. Our waitress was wonderful and helped us secure a table. Such a wonderful assortment of menu choices. I dropped one star due to many of the chairs, and barstools are not comfortable for sitting for long periods. Other than that, the experience was wonderful, and the food was worth the wait.

Hit the Union Tavern for dinner after a day of boat work. The staff was courteous and know how to take care of their customers. The drinks were cold and the food was great……and not the typical bar fare. Not the usual burgers and fried stuff. I had the Ruben sandwich with a side salad, and my son-in-law had the shepherd’s pie: both were very tasty. Visits there don’t break the bank……

Moved out of town a few years ago but always make sure to check out the union. Beer is always cold and food is always hot. Knowledgeable staff and buzzing atmosphere. It’s clear it’s become well ingrained into the community.
