Best European Restaurant in Poulsbo? Tizley’s Europub Is a Must-Try If you’re exploring historic downtown Poulsbo and looking for an authentic European-inspired meal, Tizley’s Europub is a fantastic choice. We stumbled upon it by chance while walking through town, and something about the Viking atmosphere, the photo-filled menu, and the inviting European vibe convinced us to walk in. A quick tip: the main entrance isn’t directly from the front street. We entered through the side entrance, climbed the wooden staircase, and were greeted by a friendly hostess. The restaurant has a warm old-scho
Loved the red cabbage and German potato salad with the sausage plate. Not as good as my dear departed mamas German potato salad, but it was pretty good. The swedish meatballs were so amazing with the horseradish mashed potatoes. The spicy chicken sandwich is another super yummy option crunchy fried chicken fillet with a very spicy sauce. It's a nom!
The Jaeger-Schnitzel was a self-professed customer favorite, and it was pretty solid. I really liked the red cabbage (Rotkohl) and egg-pasta stuff (spätzle) were fantastic sides to go along with it. I forgot to take a picture because they were so good and disappeared fast. I also had an Irish coffee and the potato soup. The soup came out a bit cold at first, but our server was quick to take care of it and had it heated right back up. We also shared the pretzel, which w
We were waiting in line for the bakery on a day trip and saw the menu posted for Tizley's. We ditched donuts for lunch and was extremely happy with our pick. Good portions, great staff, and the food reminded me of being stationed in Germany. Perfect place to relax when the car was charging.
