Had a wonderful time tonight with a very attentive server (Antonio) who made sure our experience tonight was timed to perfection. He presented the special which was the Salmon cooked on a wood fired grill with a balsamic glaze with two seared scallops, grilled asparagus, garlic mashed potatoes, and served with a mushroom sauce. My partner happily ordered and enjoyed it very much. I ordered the seafood bucatini which was also very delicious. We made a dinner reservation at The Cove and walked in to a lively, welcoming atmosphere that immediately set the tone for the night. The service was attentive from the start, making us feel well taken care of throughout the evening. The cocktails were great and a perfect way to start the meal. Great food with a great view! I was in Portland for a work conference and this was the perfect spot to get out of the city and enjoy a delicious meal. It was cool to sit on the patio and watch the planes come and go to PDX.
