Stoup Brewing Capitol Hill

One of my favorite things to do when I visit a new area is to find a nearby local brewery. We visit Seattle fairly regularly, but the Capitol Hill neighborhood is an area I'm not that familiar with. With stayed in a hotel down the block and visited Stoup brewery for beers and lunch. It isn't often that I get a flight of IPAs and find them all tasty and drinkable. I really liked the Mothership. The taproom is large and comfortable, too. We will return! Also, their courtyard where they bring in daily food trucks is a great idea. We had delicious noodles from The Noodle Cart.

Came for an event hosted by Seattle Baking Club. There are lots of space inside the brewery, and some outdoor seating available as well. There are so much going on - events, birthday parties, card games, even mahjong - so expect it to be loud. I didn't get any beer, but was pleasantly surprised by the variety of non-alcoholic drinks available.

Great beers and ciders along with fantastic service and lots of seating. Folks were enjoying bevs and games. Good vibes.

I came for LGBTQ+ Game Night on Monday and was super happy... not only about that, but about the brewery in general. Staff were really nice, the beer selection was great, and the facilities were clean and user friendly. It's a great room for the purpose! Game night was packed, as was trivia night on the other side of the brewery, so I take that as a sign they're doing something right here! Would definitely go back.
