Ski Inn Taphouse and Hotel

We stopped at Ski Inn Taphouse for lunch and had a great experience. While we did not stay at the hotel, the restaurant alone is worth the visit. We split an appetizer and “The Dusty” Burger and both were delicious. The burger was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The service was wonderful and welcoming. The inside is beautifully done and truly captures the cozy small town Sisters feel. It feels like a big hug whether you are a local or just passing through. Highly recommend Ski Inn Taphouse. 10/10

Really happy to have found this place on a hot summer day. All the windows and doors were open so nice breezes were rushing in while sports played all around. Food was delicious, expertly prepared, and was not overly greasy. Cocktails were tasty too. The presentation on the poppers and the service told me I was in a great restaurant and I'm for a good time. We didn't stay in the hotel so no ratings there.

This place has legit food and solid vibes. OMG the fish sandwich is unreal good. Brisket is heavenly. Loved it. We went back here three times. Totally recommend it to anyone going through Sisters. Only item keeping it from 5 stars all around is the fact that management chooses to understaff the place. We all felt bad for the waiter keeping up as best as possible with a full bar and restaurant solo. Wild that such a great location could not get better support for their staff. We’ve not stayed at the hotel as we are locals but we love the restaurant. The basic burger is my fav! Decent price for today’s day and age. A bit on the spendy side but not terrible or unreasonable in my opinion. I would suggest a visit if you’re looking for a chill vibe but know there are other options in town…if the Taphouse wants to stay on top, they have a few kinks to work out but I’d give them another shot for sure! We go to this restaurant 3-4 times per year.

Service is outstanding! Our server was quick, attentive, happy, helpful. The food was hot, flavorful, and a nice variety. The best sweet potato tots I've ever had. Servings were generous. I highly recommend eating here. The restaurant is modern country and fun.
