Skagit River Brewery

Came in on a Saturday evening and was really quiet despite a Mariners game being on TV. Both servers were friendly and the beer was good. Food however was pretty meh, smash burger was way over cooked and dry.

Service: absolute S tier Pretzel: SS+ tier Smash Burger: sad C- tier I'm not sure how you can make a smash burger so dry and rigid, but they pulled it off 😔 Definitely get the pretzel, and hopefully they have more beer in stock! I think the holiday wiped them out. Something was off in two of their draft lines, too... almost an alkaline taste to the beer...?

This place is so good. Dog friendly as well. We enjoyed the food. The pastrami sandwich was really good. The pretzel was delicious (I would have preferred it without the cheese baked on top, but still tasty). My companions enjoyed their meals as well.

Had a great experience at Skagit River Brewery! We were warmly greeted by everyone and seated right away. Our server was incredibly attentive, and the food came out fast and piping hot. The burgers and fries were delicious, and the pretzel we split was perfect. The pub rock music in the background added a nice touch to the atmosphere. Overall, it was a fantastic dine-in experience, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and a laid-back vibe.

Sad to see this place go downhill. Definitely won't be returning after stopping in a number of times over the years. I tried 3 different beers last time, each one had a soapy flavor to it. Maybe from a poor job of cleaning the lines. Service was just ok. Food was good, but nothing to brag about. More of a funny note, one time I had paid to listen to a Pink Floyd song on their jukebox - a gal working there didn't like the song and skipped it. What the hell? Even then I gave them another chance, not again.
