Silver Cloud Hotel at Point Ruston

Kileeo at reception was fantastic when we checked in. He was energetic, kind, and personable. He made sure to take great care of me and my new fiancé. Our stay at the hotel was nothing short of amazing. The staff in the whole building was very polite nice and welcoming. We spent the day hanging out at the bar, having amazing drinks and watching the view from our room. I will definitely be coming back here whenever I come back to Tacoma. Thank you for an amazing stay!

My boyfriend and I stayed here June of last year and we had a wonderful romantic and memorable trip. We got a room with the jacuzzi tub overlooking the water, which we still talk about how much we enjoyed. The hotel is very clean, accommodating and on the higher-end scale. We got pedicures on our last day, and the two women who did our feet were wonderful ladies who we had a great conversation with. It was also my boyfriend’s first pedicure, so thanks for making it so nice for us. When we left the spa, they sent us away with a bag of little cosmetic presents and a hand written card as the next

The Silver Cloud Hotel @ Ruston Point in Tacoma was mostly an excellent choice. It overlooks the water and while overpriced for the area, it was a good choice for our belated anniversary trip. The room was very well equipped and the bed was comfortable. We stayed in an upgraded room that had a soaking tub which was a great thing after walking around Point Defiance Zoo and Northwest Trek Wildlife Park. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Silver cloud hotel at point ruston. Our waterfront room was beautiful, comfortable, and had an incredible view. While we experienced a small hiccup during our stay, the staff handled it promptly and professionally, which was truly appreciated. A special thank you to Trevor S., one of the managers, who went above and beyond to make my daughters and me feel so welcomed during our visit. The good: the hotel was very pretty, the check in staff was very friendly and the hotel is very clean. The bed, the linens were so soft and the mattress and pillows very comfortable. The not so good: the air in the room barely moved when the air was on. Turned the thermostat down 3 degrees and the temperature did not change all night. It was too hot. With it being cooler outside than the room I couldn’t imagine how hot it would have been if it was hot outside. Asked the staff to check into it. Not sure the outcome only stayed overnight.
