Went there for anniversary. I had the NY steak and the wife had the BBQ chicken pizza. Though pricy the steak was great. I asked for mid rare and it was dead on. Seasoned veggies also great. Mashed potatoes were underseasoned but acceptable. Wife's pizza was hot out of the oven and to her order,no onions, reportedly tasted great too. All in all we enjoyed the restaurant, the food and service. I do recommend
Sooooo good. The maui wowie chicken is amazing. With the mocha creme brulee to finish it off for desert I had to unbutton my pants. My wife got the huli huli salmon, I'm not a huge fan of fish but she loved it.
Silver City Restaurant & Ale House was spectacular! Our server, Casey, was fantastic and very attentive to refilling drinks, wonderful service, and professional. The food was outstanding. The food pics don't even come close to showing how flavorful and beautiful the choices are. The " big daddy" burger was packed with flavor, from the patty to the pickled onions, and the bacon. The " san falese" pizze was loaded with toppings and had the best crust. The "Tillamook cheese and rigatoni" was outstanding, creamy and a great topping too. I can't wait to go back for another wonderful meal.
Great food, it took a while to get out to us however it was worth the wait. We are definitely coming back to try other things.
The food and drinks are delicious here. I had the corned beef special, an imperial stout, and porter chocolate brownie. As I tasted the beer, you can definitely tell they put a lot of care into brewing this. Very creamy and hearty without a strong alcohol hit. It is on the higher ABV side though, which makes it dangerous. The corned beef had a brown sugar rub that was very different in a good way: it turns a cut that is usually just salt-forward and makes it both more complex and easier to eat. I want to make my own corned beef this way in the future. It's paired with cabbage stewed in apple cider. It was a little sweet for my taste, but still very good. The brownie was a fairly standard dessert. Sweet, not particularly complex or unique. It is what it is. Recommend sharing.
