My husband and I are not from the area but we are Oregon natives. We stopped in to this establishment based on google reviews and pictures of the fries. We love beer and always like to try a new brewery in the area. We ordered our tastings and the gentlemen behind the counter quickly got them prepared for us. Loved several of them, however, we did not expect them to be served "German" style (50-60 degrees). We really like ice cold beer. We did not ask about the beer being less than "ice cold" because we are just not complaining type of people. It always changes the attitude of the servic

Fantastic beers!. We had the Dopplebock and the Black ale. The food is also outrageously good. We tried the Dirty Fries with kielbasa and the Cajun Shrimp pasta. The back patio is dog friendly, and our dog received water before we did! Great place for a break from highway travel or just a lazy afternoon.

We visited Side A Brewing on a Saturday night and the place was alive! The old firehouse ambiance and vintage fire equipment lent authenticity to the experience. We opted for the dinner special which was French toast sticks and chicken fingers presented "made up like a castle." They also had a shrimp pasta that looked good as did their selection of burgers. The chicken strips are hand cut, seasoned, dipped and fried fresh in-house and tasted incredible. We enjoyed them so well that we ordered another order of the strips with a Sriracha crema and a sweet chili sauce that complimented them ni

Really enjoyed this restaurant in the heart of the downtown district of La Grand. Sat outside and had great conversation on the patio. Good selection of merch!

My husband and I stopped in on our way back from Boise on a total whim, and it ended up being such a great call. The food was amazing, and our server was kind and welcoming. It’s a cozy little spot that’s perfect for lunch. We both ordered the house burger with dirty fries, and I highly recommend upgrading — they did not disappoint. I was especially impressed that the fries stayed crispy all the way to the last bite (which is honestly hard to pull off). The burger was packed with flavor and cooked perfectly medium-rare. This will definitely be our go-to lunch stop whenever we’re back in the ar
