My 2 friends and I arrived a few minutes after Ritters opened on a Sunday and were the only folks there for 10 plus minutes after we ordered. It took us 40 minutes to get our order and in meantime we saw numerous pizzas being made. I ordered a single pizza and my 2 friends ordered burgers which were done right away and sitting under heat lamps for over 20 minutes. At one point one of the pizza preparers dropped the big metal implement they use to put pizzas in the oven and hung it back up without washing it. First time I've been to ritters since they opened years ago. Not by lack of trying, just so busy at times I couldn't get a seat. Today we are lucky enough to have a late lunch. We ordered a few items on the menu. As you can see, by the pictures. Atmosphere was amazing. Customer service was great. The food was delicious.I wasn't blown away by any means but it was solid!!! I very much like to come back.And try a few other things I've seen on the menu. Come check it out and please post some images and things that I should try that are must haves!!!

We came by around 4pm so we were able the get a seat right away without having to wait at all. I ordered the sausages pasta dish and my wife got the vegan pepperoni pizza. My pasta dish was amazing and I would definitely get it again with a margarita olive drink🤠

Great restaurant that has good food and outstanding drinks. The atmosphere is similar to a French bistro. There are tables and bar seating available. The servers are friendly and helpful. My wife and I enjoyed our time there. We will come back.

My beautiful wife and I really enjoyed this restaurant so we ended up inviting my whole family! We all loved the food and we had a great waitress "Nikki" she was awesome 👌 I shared the Smokestack Burger and fries with my super hot wife! We enjoyed everything with a side of fig sauce and ended it with a 🌋 Lava cake! Dad had the same as us "Smokestack Burger. My brother had the Ribeye that he enjoyed. My mom had the pizza and she said it was good but it needed more meat. If your in salem this woukd be a great place to try. Thank you Ritters
