Peaks and Pints

I have visited peaks and pints many times. I work very hard and its a wonderful place to unwind. Every sandwich i have had is fantastic. The rotating selection of beers on tap is pretty s tier. Well worth a visit.

Fun, funky beer hall with yummy pub grub - I think the only place I've seen a comparable number of beers on offer is Portland, OR. You are absolutely spoiled for choice here! In addition to the numerous beers on tap, there's a gracious plenty of cans & bottles from which to choose. I had a delicious chicken salad along with my favorite kriek bier, my husband devoured his tuna melt, and my son demolished his Roast Mary sandwich in record time. Nothing fancy, just friendly servers and a laid-back vibe, at reasonable prices. A solid choice for a lazy afternoon.

I had a friend with who only drinks non-alcoholic beer. While they carry NA beer, there is a ridiculously high "uncorking fee" or "drinking while you are here fee". One NA beer that sells for $2.19, turns into something like a $6 expenditure, just for drinking it there rather than walking out the door. They didn't have that great a selection to start with and I think it's unreasonable for such an upcharge when you're practically serving yourself by picking it out of the cooler and then doubling the price to drink it there. Great sandwiches, salads, soups. Didn't have a Pilsner on tap the day we visited, but ample can/bottle selection in the coolers. I cannot overstate how good their food is! I crave their side salad fortnightly! The quality/quantity is a good value in this day/age.

Have had two terrible experiences with bartenders here. One I was trying to buy a couple of growlers of beer and the beer I wanted was apparently only sold in 32oz growlers and I had a 64 so the woman wouldn’t sell to me. When I pointed out I’d just pay double if she filled the whole growler she was very rude. Second incident she yelled at a woman who brought her baby in when just buying a gift card. Why can’t this place just hire reasonably nice people
