The Oyhut Bay Grill is located in a lovely community close to a park with lawn games. It's a great place to check out and even eat outside. In terms of the food, my partner and I ordered the salmon and ahi tuna on the menu and left a bit disappointed. First, the service took quite a long time to prepare both dishes. We waited for more than 45 minutes for our food. Secondly, the food was missing the mark. The blueberry sauce for the salmon was too sweet for a savory dish and I would have preferred to leave the sauce out altogether. Although the salmon was seared nicely, unfortunately, the wild rice that came with the salmon tasted like something out of a packet. The sauces in both dishes were a bit sweet which IMO, is not a great combination with savory fish. For the ahi tuna, a sweet wasabi sauce would not have been my first choice. The crust on the ahi tuna was quite salty and felt like it was conflicting with the sauce on the plate and the zucchini didn't add much to the dish other than their nutritional value. I had higher expectations from the OB Grill given the prices on the menu.

We asked some of the locals where to find a good seafood restaurant, and we were told this was one of the best places in town. We’re definitely glad we took their advice and stopped in! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was just as wonderful. Everyone was kind and welcoming, the restaurant was clean, and we didn’t need a reservation at all—there was plenty of seating available when we arrived. The portions were HUGE, which was a pleasant surprise! We had plenty left over to take back to our campsite, which was perfect since we were camping during our visit. It was nice to enjoy a great meal and have enough to take with us for later. We’re so glad we stopped by and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We were camping and visiting from Monroe, Washington, and this was definitely a stop worth making!

I would highly recommend this place; the food was delicious and fresh—we had wonderful oysters and a refreshing beer. The clam chowder with freshly baked bread was heavenly, and my husband ordered a perfectly served cut of meat. But the best part was the service—we were treated exceptionally well, which was the cherry on top. We will gladly return soon; thank you.

Came here to have their giant pretzel that we saw advertised for sooooo long and finally had the time and day to do so... They no longer serve the pretzel 😭 Gave the food a shot anyways! Husband and brother said the burgers were absolutely delicious! Husband had a Hawaiian burger and my brother got the oyhut burger. Also learned that if you bring your own cake for your birthday and are offered plates to have it, you'll be charged a $20 cake plate fee which I am still in complete awe over so just a heads up for all the tourist and locals wanting to celebrate here!

We came in at 3pm on a Wednesday during happy hour, and it was such a great experience! I was there with my three kids, and everything exceeded expectations. The food was absolutely outstanding, and the service was even better. Nate was our server, and he truly went above and beyond. attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.
