Neanderthals FFC

Hosted a birthday get together at Blue Ox. It was fun for all ages! We had 2 lanes for 2 hours with 6 adults and 2 kids - and it was plenty of space. There’s a few board games and darts available to play as well. The manager was really helpful in showing our 11 years old how to hold the ax, and throw to make it stick. Definitely worth it, we will be back! We do wish we had been told about a huge bingo thing that’s was happening when we booked, because it was quite loud at first with what looked like a few high school teams playing bingo.

We came in on a Sunday when kids get in for free and brought our teenagers who had a blast playing the games that were available (kill the zombies, date game, art splat, etc.) Also, being able to get food from next door and bring it over was an added bonus along with the drinks they had available for us there at their bar. It was a great time!

We didn't try the food but drinks were great and our time throwing was a blast! Staff were super helpful and even gave us extra stuff to try out and throw. We will definitely be back!

This was my third visit to Blue Ox. My adult children have gotten together with me for fun and laughs, and a couple drinks. A lot of fun for us and a great excuse to get together and not take ourselves too seriously. The manager/owner is very friendly and mixes a great cocktail. Super great vibes from everyone and it makes a nice time out.

This is the best place! I don’t go anywhere else. Everybody is so friendly and inviting. They will help you if you’re not sure how to throw very well and give you tips and tricks. Highly recommended.
