Stopped in for a quick get together. Most of the seating was reserved and empty, so it felt a lot smaller than it really looks. The beer options are pretty incredible. The peanut butter beer is a thing you need to try at least once—but then probably never again because it’s a little sweet and kinda weird for a beer (but it’s delicious). Can’t beat the views. Glad we chose this spot. I think we missed out because we didn’t get any food this time. Would like to try that and not be stuffed into a corner next time.
Great tasting draft beer with a great view of the Puget Sound and the Tacoma Narrows bridge. No food served but you are allowed to bring food to eat while enjoying their great tasting beer.
We all enjoy visiting breweries, but it had been years since we stopped by Narrows Brewing. Like many of you, we enjoy sampling a beer before committing to a full pour. After trying a few, my wife pointed out that they were charging $1 per sample. At that point, we stopped ordering. We were there around 1 p.m., and the place was empty. We were standing right in front of the host, yet she never mentioned the charge before we ordered. There were no signs posted, no verbal warning nothing. I found it disappointing and felt a bit taken advantage of. They explained that the charge goes to charity
Solid 4.5 stars. Nothing to really complain here. Good vibes good service and the atmosphere of being right on the water with both big indoor and huge outdoor space is what keeps me lurking back here. This is actual brewery so they sell their beer can packs to go, as well as some Merch (apparels etc). Newest second location (Narrows Tasting Room) recently opened on Proctor district as well. If I were to get crazy picky, tasting of 1.0oz beer is still going to cost you a dollar. There's no "taking a sip" to see if you wanna commit to ordering a full pint, so just keep that in mind. My favorite
Stopped in for a few drinks is and charcuterie before the Rainiers game. Great experience! Really great beer and food. We also had a few glasses of wine. The decor is really nice with a great view of the sound. Looks like there’s outdoor seating as well although it was rainy on this day. We will definitely return!
