What a fun little treasue in inner SE PDX. The atmosphere was fun and the food was GREAT. I had a lettuce wrapped bacon burger with sauteed mushrooms. One of the BEST burgers I have had in a long time. The service was stellar...they kept my coffee cup full. I definately will be back.

The city of Portland should pay this place for running such an iconic dive bar restaurant. You are a tourist or a local out for a night of drinking or a concert and this place always has your back with drinks and great diner food. The place is clean and well run even though it is also supposed to look old and cluttered and funky. Don't come here expecting to feel like the main character, because you are not. Expect competent but brusk service because that is the brand. That is what you are here for. They serve great breakfasts and sandwiches. The bacon is EXCEPTIONAL. It's super delicious and

Area surrounding is a little sketchy, but I will be back. Our server was extremely friendly and made sure to check on us, and the place had a fun vibe. Beer and cocktails were delicious, and everything was cheap! Good amount of food for the price. Unfortunately, my mashed potatoes were cold...

I felt this place was a good representation of Portland and if you stay at the Grand Stark it is a must-have for breakfast. Portions are big so watch out. They have unique bacon so get at least 2 pieces.

My wife and I absolutely LOVE this place. The entire menu is amazing. Where else can you get a steak and eggs in Portland for under 25$?! Their drink selection is amazing with really tasty specials for only 7$. Ranging from a cucumber infused vodka cran, to a garlic and cilantro Bloody Mary. The service is attentive, extremely fast, and friendly. Daria, is incredible and always make sure our drinks are full and our food comes out hot with all the correct side sauces. Amazing hidden gem!
