Mosaic Taphouse

I was in St. John’s (N Portland) and came across Chemigo inside Mosaic Taphouse. The standout dish was definitely the Vietnamese Fish Sauce Wings. They had a great crust with the perfect crunch, and the sauce was spot on. I went with the lowest spice level and still got a nice kick along with plenty of flavor. Enjoy.

The beer selection is always solid and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The restaurant...is...outstanding. We always order the shishito peppers and the fried tofu. They never disappoint. This visit, we had the Vietnamese marinated NY steak. The rich harmony of flavors between the chimichurri, the caramelized shallots, and the steak makes me hope they bottle this sauce so I can put it on all my food. If you visit this taphouse/restaurant, I'm certain there will be something delicious here for you!

Our group was having appetizers for dinner and the skewers were amazing!! We sat outside, play cards and had the best time. It was busy but had a great atmosphere.

Definitely not typical pub food. Spring rolls, honey chicken skewers and rice cake tacos! The beer list was top notch as well

Great location also unique and delicious food. I had the steak which was very filling and with some peppers.
