I would have given them a 4.5 if that were available. I recently visited Santa Fe Mexican Grill in Kirkland that offered some truly delicious vegetarian options. Their veggie enchilada and veggie taco were both flavorful and satisfying, with fresh ingredients that really stood out. I made sure to get a side of fried jalapeños too, because I love anything spicy 🌶️ The drinks were also a highlight, especially their horchata, which was absolutely refreshing and perfectly sweetened. The only downside, in my opinion, was that the pricing felt a bit on the higher side given the portion sizes. Stil
Had a great first time experience coming here. We wanted to sit outside enjoying the weather, the staff kept reminding us that we can't have alcohol if we sit outside. Fine by us, we didn't plan on drinking alcohol anyway but for those who does, you can't sit outside. Closest is by the window, which was full at the time we got there. We ordered a trio fajita and guacamole mexicano. Fajita came out sizzling and just filled up with goodies! Bell peppers, onions, steak, shrimp, chicken. All were well seasoned and delicious! Definitely enough to feed more than 2 people! We couldn't finish so we h
I stopped by this Mexican restaurant for lunch and had a pleasant experience. They start you off with complimentary nachos and salsa, which was a nice touch. I ordered the veggie burrito, and the portion was very generous—it was huge and quite filling. The service was quick and attentive, making for an enjoyable meal. Overall, it's a good spot for a satisfying lunch.
After our second bad experience at the mexican restaurant down the road, we left even before ordering and walked to Santa Fe. Immediately we were greeted with much kinder personalities. The workers are the absolute sweetest! They apologized for the wait even though they got our drinks and appetizers faster than the other restaurant could get us water! There was no wait at all. Great service and the food portions are HUGE! The queso with chorizo was bomb and the chunky guac (they give you an option of chunky or smooth) was insane!! Such a great experience especially after dealing with a bad exp
I’m moving away from Kirkland and the number 1 thing I’ll miss is Santa Fe. My husband and I have eaten in as well as taken food to-go (a lot). It’s always a warm, comforting, delicious meal. Top favorites are the carne asada fajitas, the soup, the enchiladas, the margaritas… The service is wonderful, it’s a very friendly and welcoming place. The space is small and feels very cozy and warm. I’ll miss my favorite spot but I hope you try it and love it!
