Kulshan Brewing Company Roosevelt

This beer is undeniably awesome. The helles is probably one of the best American ones in ever brewed. Yub yub!!!!!

Great space, both indoors and out! Having the Carve Casual food truck on-site only adds to its appeal!! We wish they offered a Chardonnay but it is what it is. FIVE STARS if they put a decent Chard on the menu. :-)

One of my favorite breweries in Bellingham. I like the variability of beers. You can preorder beers to go online and easily pick up. The covered and heated outdoor space is wonderfully in inclement weather. They also have a great rotation of food trucks.

I’m not much of a beer person, so the fact that I keep ending up at K2 is kind of ironic. I originally started going because of the events they were hosting. Over time, I realized there were a lot of things I actually like about being there. The food trucks are a big part of that. You really can’t go wrong with a burger from El Pollo Feo. At some point I tried their ciders and fruit-forward beers. Seasonally they have a raspberry beer that’s pretty much the only beer I’ll drink, and I actually really like it. Love all 3 Kulshan breweries. The new patio with firepits here rock. Great food trucks or you can bring your own grub. Such nice employees and chill environment.
