The only good thing about this hotel is the staff, especially in the restaurant, and the view. The rooms are horrible - the carpet is so old that it smells like dirty socks; the fabric on the couches and chairs was incredibly dirty with a pungent odor permeating throughout. We stayed at a standard room (plaza) on the first floor. This room was so old, that it looked like a mouse had died there - one of the first on earth. We attended a wedding here and had a family member that had a room we got to check out so I can't say much to staying here but the wedding service was done really well. The food was a little slow if you're looking to have a wedding done. Other than that everything was really good and the location is superb
This was a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is beautiful and located with water views and paths all around. Brought our two big dogs and they loved the place. Every room is well taken care of and you would not guess dogs were even allowed in hotel.Will definitely come back.
This hotel is mismanaged and does not appear to care about guests. From screwing up the reservation to giving no value to its customers, including the arrogant manager, they need lessons in customer service. I booked a room. Only a parking lot view was available and overpriced at $429 before fees and taxes of over 10 percent. I called after a couple days since I did not receive an email confirmation. They said they could not find my reservation. After calling me back they said it was entered wrong and now found it. So fine, I chalked it up to poor training. We planned to have a couple of fri
Get hotel. Well kept, great location, great for dogs, and friendly staff. Only complaint would be that they have two Tesla EV chargers and only one J1772 charger in their private garage... They should only have one Tesla and two of the more universal chargers.
