As a loyal guest of Four Seasons Hotel Seattle and a longtime admirer of the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts brand, I almost always choose Four Seasons whenever I travel. The reason is simple: I know I can expect exceptional service, beautiful design, and a peaceful atmosphere where I can truly relax. During my recent stay in Seattle, however, I was somewhat disappointed by the atmosphere around the pool and hot tub area. I understand that it was Mother’s Day weekend and many families were celebrating. However, when guests are paying close to $1,000 per night, many of us choose a hotel of th
I recently stayed at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle and had a really comfortable experience. The room was spotless, the staff were friendly without being overbearing, and the location made it easy to explore the waterfront and nearby attractions. The only minor downside was that check-in took a little longer than I expected, but everyone was courteous and kept me updated. Overall, it was a relaxing stay, and I would gladly choose this hotel again when visiting Seattle.
This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. The hotel charged me twice for my stay. My reservation had already been paid before I arrived, and the credit card I provided at check-in was for incidentals only. While certain staff was friendly, namely at the spa, the level of service was severely lacking. We have stayed in five star hotels all over the world. That isn't meant to be pretentious, but rather to frame that we understand what a five star experience entails. This experience left a lot to be desired. The main pain point was booking with Chase Edit and the promised amenities that were either worthless or the staff failed to honor. We did not recei
We expected much more from a Four Seasons. Our stay was overshadowed by being placed in a pet room, which caused our son to experience an allergic reaction. To make matters worse, we were kept awake by barking dogs throughout the night. That is simply not the experience anyone expects when paying premium rates at a luxury hotel. What was most disappointing was not simply the room assignment—it was how the situation was handled after we brought it to the hotel’s attention. Instead of acknowledging our concerns, the hotel initially denied that we had been placed in a pet room, even though we
