Perfect place to host my husband’s 50th birthday party! Everyone learned so much about the beer making process and enjoyed the great beers available while brewing. We played games, brought in some snacks and cupcakes along with a few decorations, and the whole thing went perfectly! Thank you so much for allowing our large group to gather there, for teaching everyone about the process, and for getting us extra tables and chairs to make for a great celebration!

Great place and even better hosts!! We had fun watching games while the group tried different beer. The beer making is super simple and fun. Clear instructions and they have like 4 dozen beers that you can make. We were like 10 people and ample place to sit. It was not super busy today (exception) so we got lucky! The beer making takes like 2 hrs and then there is a 5m tour toward the end. We are coming back in 2 weeks while the fermentation works it magic. I am told 72 ; 22 ounces bottles!! All in all we had so much fun

My children and I decided to surprise my husband with a secret destination to Gallaghers for his birthday. He decided to go for a beer, but he could have gone for wine or cider. Another time! The list of beers is extensive. Once you have chosen the one you want to craft, the staff gives you a recipe card and directions. All staff members were helpful and funny throughout the process. My son made a mistake at one point with the ingredients but it was caught quickly and with no fuss was thrown away. The 8 of us enjoyed our time there and we all participated. My husband thought it was the best gift ever. A month later, we returned to put the beer in bottles. Another fun and shared moment for the whole family! :0) And the taste of our project-The Beer!- has exceeded what we had expected! We now have 15 gallons of a delicious beer! Thank you!

Great staff with a homey vibe! Beware, the malt aroma is better than those waffle ice cream/French pastry shops. I had the spiced cider, it was so deathly smooth! I finished it with 5 large sips!

This is a great place to brew your own beer. They make it simple, they have a huge selection of recipes to choose from, and they know what they are doing. Plus they are nice guys. I quite honestly have not brewed beer there often. I come in and enjoy drinking their constantly changing selection on tap and leaving with a growler or 4. You will very rarely come in and see the same beers on tap twice other than their signature Galley Mac. It is also a great place to have a birthday party. Brew the beer you like come back to bottle when ready and take it home to enjoy. It’s a gem. Been coming here for many years and drank/ brewed awesome beers. Beer lovers should make it a stop.
