Emily's at Quinault Beach Resort

We are having a very enjoyable stay at the Quinault Resort & Casino. The hotel is well maintained, the staff were friendly, and Ocean Shores itself is a charming coastal town with plenty to see and do. The casino player's club was also a pleasant surprise, offering $15 in free play just for signing up. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, though our room did provide a few memorable moments. We were assigned an ADA-accessible room despite neither of us requiring one. I can only hope there isn't a $532 fine for unauthorized enjoyment of handicap accommodations. If there is, I'd like

Staff downright unfriendly! We came in a group of 16 seniors. Room not straightened up between nights. Barista two mornings not friendly! Yikes. A lot of money spent for rooms looking at the parking lot. Not returning. That town looks like a depressed area; the staff overall fit right in.

Had a great time, free room for 2 nights, tripled my money at the slots for the first time ever in 20 years. Really had an enjoyable visit. Got 500 free play when they called my name in the casino for a Rabbit giveaway thing where I rolled the dice to see which one of us 3 competing would win. Then they said the other lady won and they were quite rude to me telling me the other lady won. Then later the lady that they told her she won came up to me and asked how much free play they gave me and I told her it was 500 and she told me that they only gave her 350 in free play, so I was correct. Stayed here for a family emergency close by. Staff took excellent care of us! Helped us extend our stay, came around and gave a much needed hug. They made a difficult time easier and we will return based on outstanding customer service.

This place is one of the biggest rip-offs I've ever been in. Over $300 for one night if you're standing at the desk on a Friday. The remote for the TV doesn't work I've been to the front desk seven times and they still haven't sent anybody or offered to switch us to a different room. TV turns on can't turn it off as beautiful as the view is this place sucks. Let me say that again
