Had a casual fine dining experience here, feel good to stumble upon such a gem. Based on what my partner and I ordered, I’d assume the entire menu is delicious. We didn’t have a reservation and the hostess sat us quickly with no problem. The outside dining area was perfect on this sunny day. The lovely waitress brought a crisp house Chardonnay (highly recommend) and appetizers shortly followed. We ordered the Burrata, The Beet Salad and we also requested bread service. As an appetizer I ordered the scallops and he got the steak salad. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING…fresh ingredients, well balanced, clea
We came during their happy hour and were left quite happy. Their truffle fries are must have. The fries were very crispy and pack an amazing crunch with those craggliy surfaces, must have parboiled them first before frying, topped with shredded cheese and this amazing vegetable ash aioli sauce on the side. It also came with ketchup, which I find too normal and not deserving to be with such amazing fries and dip. And during Happy hour, this is a steal. The Manila clam came with a baguette, the clams were good but the baguette could almost steal the show. We also got calamari steak salad, the
Wow, this place was a gem. 3 of us for my birthday, none of us been here before and or was great. You must start with appetizer of French fries wish ash aioli which are not in the menu, THEY ARE SO YUMMY! Dinner took a bit of time but was totally fine. My $33 ash rubbed pork tenderloin was great temp, and the combo spaetzle, greens, mushrooms with a little nut was perfect in my mouth. The $33 steak salad was huge and the tiny 4 oz. Steak was very lost although both were really good. The steak was eaten fairly quickly and then was just left with salad. The $72, 8oz prime filet was ta
Went to Charcoal in Edmonds on Saturday and had a great experience. We started with the pork belly and burrata, and both were delicious. For dinner, we each ordered the 12oz New York strip, which was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The atmosphere and overall vibe were excellent. For drinks, we had the Kung Fu Lollipop and Tango with Frida, and both were fun, well-crafted, and definitely snuck up on you. Everything we tried was spot on, and we’ll definitely be back.
Great new find up in Edmonds! We went to celebrate my birthday and the server greeted us with some complimentary champagne which was very nice of them! Everything we ordered was delicious. It seems they keep changing the menu slightly based on the season - especially the dessert. Would love to go back and try some other dishes! The interior was very nice too. Seems like it's connected to an art gallery which I think was closed when we went but if you go early enough I think you have access to it.
