Stopped here for dinner with my family on our road trip through Portland. The great reviews brought us in and we were SO GLAD! A pianist greeted us with music as we entered and we were able to sit down quickly. The wait staff was kind, attentive, and made our dinner a wonderful experience. We thought the food was delicious and well priced. Highly recommend!
Child friendly, we felt very welcomed and supported with our baby and picky 7 year old in tow. Kids menu, including some easy go to's like hot dogs. We had fish and chips, they were good. The tartar was so tasty! We had wings and loved the crunchy breading. Finally a place with a sour beer on tap, not just all IPAs. Owner is very down to earth and friendly. Looks like that had a hot water heater for bottles but we didn't use. Play room for kiddos but we also didn't utilize. Cute little pub environment with good food.
If you haven't had a chance to go to the Boulevard Taphouse I recommend it. It is such a unique building with a lot of history. It's been owned by the same family for decades. The original owner who was a beloved Man by the name of Victor Mosso has since passed but the business is still being operated by his sons.
We were craving for a good fish and chips. We found this place and we got a fantastic combination of delicious fish with fantastic French fries, topped with perfect coleslaw. This place has an oldie style which is very charming and relaxing. The staff is pleasant and welcoming. Definitely we will come back.
Good fish and chips batter too thick for me. But the shrimp poor boy was even better. Warning parking is terrible on the street, drive around to the back to park
