BITE at Hotel Murano

Booked a room as Colt Ford was playing at the Steel Creek. Got there early got to check in, liked the elevator as you needed your key card just to get to your room. So security felt good. And they have security patrolling parking lots throughout the night. Room was nice and spacious, clean, the tub was big enough for my significant other to fully lay down and relax. Beds were comfortable. I give it an excellent rating

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was kind, friendly, and welcoming from check-in to check-out. They made us feel right at home and were always happy to help with anything we needed. We also enjoyed dining at the Bite Restaurant. The food was delicious, and the restaurant had a warm, relaxing ambiance that made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we truly appreciated the excellent customer service and hospitality. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it!

I can’t really rate the rooms as I haven’t had the pleasure of staying in one yet but the big meeting rooms were very awesome and clean! The people I came in contact with were very pleasant as well! The hotel looked beautiful from what I did see! Thank you for a great experience and I look forward to staying in a room hopefully one day/night!

Needed to move rooms - The air conditioning unit for the entire building was outside of my room and way too loud. While I didn't have a view, the room was very nice and clean. Spacious and windows opened!! Cleaning staff was exceptional. Front desk staff was training ...a little bumpy for check in, but they took care of the ticket that I should not have gotten from the lot.
