Big Time Brewery is a classic Seattle spot that absolutely holds up on a sunny day. Grabbed a seat in the outdoor seating area on a Saturday afternoon and it was the perfect setup — great vibe, great weather, great company. It was buzzing with people, which speaks to how popular this place is on a nice weekend. The kind of spot where you lose track of time without even trying. Definitely worth a visit!

I did not like the pork - as it felt pretty dry, and without its juiciness lost most of its flavor. The chi
