At Large Brewing

Stopped in after J&L BBQ (go read that review!) for a flight of beers, just to judge the overall quality of this place, which was new to me. They have abundant indoor and outdoor seating, and a dedicated parking lot. Ordered a flight of 5 IPAs and one sour. Now, I'm used to getting maybe 2 or 3 out of 6 beers in a flight as being not-too-good... it's just what I've learned to expect. Well, not here! We love this place. Come here with the dogs, all the time. Staff is friendly, beer is good, music is fun. If you’re into a casual fun place to hang out and enjoy the sunset on a beautiful Everett evening, this is it.

I’ve never had service this poor here until today. When I walked in, the bartender, Brock, stood talking with two people for several minutes without even acknowledging that I was waiting. A simple “I’ll be right with you” would have gone a long way. I ordered the Piña Colada Hefeweizen, but it didn’t taste anything like a Hefeweizen. A very busy place on a Saturday afternoon, but we didn’t mind it. Great beer and atmosphere, there’s plenty of seating area inside and outside. I love that you can bring your well behaved dogs here as well. It’s our first time here and it won’t be our last. Cheers!

Cool building and nice location on Marine View Drive and California Street just west of downtown Everett. They have a nice selection of beers on tap with a couple of cider selections. Their outdoor seating is spacious. They also have a food truck providing delicious items, they'll even walk your food over to your table.
