The three taco meal, spicy chicken katsu sandwich, poutine, and beer! The food was wildly good, rivaled only by the service and atmosphere. The tacos were easily the best I've ever had, especially the beef barbacoa taco. Juicy and tart and complex. Incredible. The beer was lovely, and only added to the enjoyment. Can't recommend it enough.

Stopped by Aslan Brewing Company during a road trip from Seattle to Vancouver and tried the Bacon Burger—it was honestly so good. The flavors were on point, the patty was juicy, and everything came together really well. Great casual spot with a nice atmosphere. Would definitely come back.

Delicious food and drink! Stop searching for a place to eat, this is it! Just go here! If you like flavorful food with meat and vegetarian options, go here! Kids loved it and the parents! Prices were slightly high for the portion size, but the flavors and options made up for it.

Bustling brewery in downtown Bellingham. Bowls were highly recommended so we had the Pork Bahn Mi and Tofu and Chicken Curry Bowls with half n half. The bowls were tasty and full of veggies but I would have liked the curry to have a better kick to it. Beers are decent. Nice outdoor space on a sunny day!

The burger was incredible, loved the brussel sprouts, sweet potato fries were amazing, the poutine had a bit too much garlic which I don't usually say. That and I think the fry to gravy ratio was a bit lacking. My 2 year old loved his Southwest bowl! With a beer was good too, I got the outshine IPA.
