Ordered the prime rib philly dip with aus jus. The waitress said "you don't want the veggies?" and I said "no, I want all the stuff". Then read the order out again while pointing to the item on the menu. It came out with just roast beef on some bread. I couldn't have been more clear. They brought the order back out with little more than raw vegetables sprinkled on top and there was an attempt to get the melted cheese onto the sandwich. Five Below in Redmond, Oregon looks like it’s trying to present itself as something fresh and improved, but my experience was the opposite. I attempted to call the restaurant three or four times to place a to-go order and no one answered the phone. Eventually I placed the order online through their website, assuming that would be smoother. It wasn’t. The online order took roughly forty to fifty minutes to prepare, and I never received any update or notification that it was ready. I finally drove over assuming it had to be done by then. My goodness! Talk about someone who loves their job! Everyone was so kind and Michele was the most amazing waitress! She answered all of our questions and even went back and forth to the kitchen and helped us look online to find out exactly which hot cocoa they serve because we loved it so much! She even sent us home with a bit of the mix and instructions to make it! The food was all home made and the service was exceptional. I would absolutely recommend trying 5 below! If you come, ask for Michele and you’ll be in the best hands!
